Alessandro Alessandroni ‎– Afro Discoteca [Four Flies Records]

When we read the word “Whistle”, two songs come to our mind:

The first is “Whistle Song” by Frankie Knuckles and the second one is the classic western theme “Per un Pugno di Dollari” by Ennio Morricone.

Alessandro Alessandroni was the whistler on the soundtracks for Sergio Leone’s films.
Not only, Alessandroni was a multi-instrumentalist and have composed over 40 film scores, several music library.
A really prolific and ingenious musician which will remain in the history of italian music.

“Afro Discoteca” was an unreleased recording from 1978 recently released by Four Flies Records.

True masterpiece!
