Kinky Afro is two Italian Disc Jockeys, paying a musical homage to the golden age of Disco together with Italo Disco and Hi NRG as a passionate extra.
The lengedary debut DJ show happened at Fingerspitzengefuhl in Brussel Belgium in August 2008 set in an ancient swimming pool now became set for exclusive parties. After that more DJ dates took place in London and Belgium.
Their identity is still quite a mistery but their edits (link1 e link2) have been played by the most glamour DJ’s into nu-disco and retro edits with the past two years.

Kinky Afro is a brand new music project by two Italian Disc Jockeys, paying a musical homage to late 70′s, rare groove, the golden age of Disco together with Italo Disco and Hi NRG as a passionate extra.
The long awaited debut DJ show happened at Fingerspitzengefuhl in Brussel Belgium, on Saturday 23rd August 2008 in an ancient swimming pool now became set for exclusive parties. Kinky Afro Disc Jockeys shared decks with Johan Agebjörn (Swedish producer for Sally Shapiro)
Admission Invite only and an excited crowd of near 1000 danced till dawn to an unconventional and cutting edge sound. The follow up has been in Antwerp at Cafe Capital, the exclusive location inside the city park. Sponsored by Campari and Maserati.
