canzone registrata cristalli liquidi

Finally Cristalli Liquidi come back!
The modern italo disco project has released a new single, after the great success of the debut single “Volevi una hit” (the awesome italian version of LCD Soundsystem’s “You wanted a hit”).
This time “Canzone registrata” is inspired by an 80s hit by Adriano Pappalardo.

The single includes a dub version by Bottin (he’s also the producer) ,a remix of the godfather of italo disco Alexander Robotnick and a remix version by Le Macchine (side project of The Love Supreme & The Barking Dogs).

Take a listen and buy the vinyl version on Juno

Cristalli Liquidi

Last thursday we were in Milan at Replay Laserblast Party. Obviously we had so much fun, in particular when James Murphy (DFA / LCD Soundsystem) was mixing awesome music for the crowd.
The day after we were searching for cool new music and we found this great italo disco tune inspired by LCD Soundsystem song “You Wanted A Hit“:

Wow! “Volevi Una Hit” is a song by Cristalli Liquidi, a new mysterious project.
We haven’t so much information about it.
We only know that there’s the magic touch of Bottin on the production, the song will be released for Mashhh! Records on 2th may and will be available in digital format and in a limited edition on 7″.
We also know that James Murphy and Justin Miller from DFA appreciated…
